Client care
Pashmina is a living fibre. With a little care, it becomes softer and more personal with time.

Pashmina responds to the body's warmth. Allow the piece to rest for a day between wears so the fibres can recover their loft.
Avoid continuous friction against rough outerwear, bags and sharp jewellery. A light brushing with a soft cashmere brush after wearing helps lift the surface.
Dry clean only, with a specialist experienced in cashmere and fine wool. Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry or wring.
For small marks, blot gently with a clean, dry cloth and seek professional care. Do not rub the surface.
Fold rather than hang. Hanging distorts the shoulders and length of a wrap over time. Store flat in the cotton bag provided, away from direct sunlight and damp.
Use cedar or lavender to deter moths, never direct contact with mothballs. Air the piece before storing for the season.
Small pills are natural on soft fibres. Remove them by hand or with a cashmere comb; do not pull at loose ends. Trim a loose thread carefully with sharp scissors, leaving a short end.
