An order is an offer to purchase. We confirm it when you reach the order confirmation page and we record the order. We may decline an order if a piece is unavailable, if stock information is incorrect, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery within India is complimentary.
The only payment method currently offered online is Cash on Delivery. The amount due is shown at checkout and on your confirmation. No payment is taken on this website.
We aim to dispatch within 2–4 business days. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.
Exchanges are governed by our Exchanges policy. In summary, unused pieces may be exchanged within 7–10 days of delivery in their original wrap.
Pashmina is a natural fibre. Slight variation in tone, texture and dimension is inherent to handwoven cloth and is not a defect. Product photography is representative; screens vary.
