Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Write to care@vivacepashmina.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm the cancellation by email. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash on Delivery orders have no prepaid amount to refund.
If a payment fails after money is debited, or you are charged twice, write to care@vivacepashmina.com with your order number and payment reference. Verified amounts are reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We offer exchanges, not refunds, for a change of mind. Unused pieces may be exchanged within 7–10 days of delivery under our Exchanges policy.
