When you subscribe to letters from the loom we store your email address and the source of the sign-up. When you contact us we store your name, email, subject and message.

Order details are used to prepare, deliver and support your purchase. Contact details are used only for service messages and, if you have asked for them, occasional letters from the house.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use invasive advertising trackers on this site.

This site uses essential cookies to remember your bag and wishlist on your device. These cookies are not used for advertising. You can clear them in your browser settings, which will empty your bag and wishlist.

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or unsubscribe from letters, by writing to care@vivacepashmina.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Order records may be retained where required for tax, accounting or dispute resolution.
